Have trouble Remembering Routines? Here
are some tips to get that routine help you remember that new
routine.
- Take a few deep breaths. It will get oxygen to your
brain and help aleeve some of that nervousness.
- Go to the rear of the class so you can watch and memorize the
steps.
- Practice mentally or in actuality while other groups go first.
- Go back to the beginning each time build on the sequence and
the music.
- Focus, Focus, Focus
Did you know that
Baryshnikov has bad knees? Even dancers you admire have things to
watch out for. You are better off understanding your specific
problems and taking action to improve or work with them in order to
avoid injury and insure a long, healthy career. Have someone check
your posture, ask a doctor for health advise. Understand your
problems and take action!
